<p>PURPOSE:To permit a lifesaving raft to be expanded with its tent upward by folding the raft with the riding-on side inside and accommodating the raft into a container by applying a fastening means onto the vicinity of the upper and the lower air chambers, through an installation patch, and by breaking said fastening means through expansion of the air chambers when the raft is thrown down and expanded. CONSTITUTION:A raft is equipped with an upper air chamber 1 and a lower air chamber 2, and a floor air chamber 3 is fixed in the lower air chamber 2, and a stay air chamber 4 is formed in the upper part of the upper air chamber 2, and a tent 5 which forms a roof part is supported onto the stay air chamber 4. In the folded state, an installation patch 11 is fixed in the boundary between the upper and the lower air chambers 1 and 2, and a fastening tool 12 is installed onto the installation patch 11. Because of the constitution described the above, the fastening tool 12 is broken through the expansion of the upper and the lower air chambers 1 and 2, when the raft is thrown-down, and the raft is expanded into the normal state with its tent 5 upside.</p> |
