PURPOSE:To improve efficiency in earth unloading operation, by inducting a dump boat into space between left and right hulls carrying each of hopper type earth and sand holds, while receiving the earth and sand dumped across both broadsides of the dump boat into these earth and sand holds being arranged inside the said left and right hulls. CONSTITUTION:Left and right hulls 1 of a catamaran type earth unloader ship are connected to each other by means of a portal connection member 2, and an ample space capable of inducting an earth and sand dump boat 10 is made up mutually between these left and right hulls 1. The earth and sand dump boat 10 is provided with left and right bottom plates 12 for earth and sand loadong use tiltable to the outside across both broadsides, through which earth and sand can be dumped out of these bottom plates 12 all at once, and all the dumped earth and sand comes to be received by hopper type earth and sand holds 4 arranged inside the left and right hulls 1 of the said earth unloader ship; the earth and sand received is transferred to shore by conveyors 6 installed in the lower part of each earth and sand hold 4. |
