PURPOSE:To facilitate adjustment of location of a battery bracket to a battery by installing in a cabinet a guide groove and an installing hole which are used to position a battery bracket in the first and second positions different each other in an electronic appliance which selectively uses a plurality of dry batteries and one rechargeable battery. CONSTITUTION:When six batteries 4 are used as a power source, both ends of rectangular base plate 11a of a battery bracket 11 are inserted into guide grooves 12 and 12, and an installing foot 11b is inserted into an installing hole 14. The installing foot 11b has elasticity because of a groove installed at the center, and the battery bracket 11 is set to a cabinet 1 by engaging pawls to the cabinet 1. Six dry batteries 4 are connected in series with a terminal 10 and a spring 7. When a rechageable battery is used as a power source, the battery bracket 11 is drawn out from the guide groove 12 and the installing hole 14, and inserted into a guide groove 13 and an installing hole 15 in the rear, and rechargeable battery 5 is accommodated in a part of an accommodation concavities 2 and 3. |
