1. Self-contained automatic calling apparatus for providing communications between a computer and data transmission equipments coupled to stations connected to a switched telephonic network, said apparatus comprising - at least a calling unit (16), each unit being connected to at least a first connector (20) through a first data transmission junction (22) of said calling unit, and at least a second connector (24) through a second data transmission junction (26) of said calling unit, and - a logic call handling circuit (18) including a microprocessor (46) and connected to a third connector (30) through a first control signal transmission junction, and to each calling unit through a second control signal transmission junction (28), - first data transmission connector (20) being provided to be connected to a telephonic line (12) through a modulator-demodulator (14) and, through this one, to data transmission equipements, - second data transmission connector (24) being provided to be connected to a computer, and - third control signal transmission connector (30) being provided for to be connected to computer and transmitting from said computer only control signals designating called station references, - so that said apparatus (10) can simultaneously provide for several calls through several lines. |
