PURPOSE:To record and reproduce information correctly, by deflecting leakage magnetic field from an information recording and reproduction head to a position readout head, through the arrangement of opposing magnetic heads with different core gap angles. CONSTITUTION:A servo head 4 and a core 10 of a data head 5 are arranged with an angle as if the heads were shaken, and then the gap for recording or reproduction of the core 10 has an angle similarly. In the constitution like this, when the recording current flows to the data head 5, since the direction of the leakage magnetic field generated from the core 10 of the head 5 is different from the direction of the core 10 of the head 4 picking up a magnetic field, no noise is given to the servo head 4 and the correct reproduction and recording can be done without position shift of the data head 5. |
