In a tripod having a tripod head on which tripod legs are mounted so as to be able to pivot, a cylindrical guide is provided to receive a central column. In this context, a recess in the shape of truncated cone is provided in the upper part of the tripod head, which recess can convert into a cylindrical recess at the upper edge. In the truncated cone-shaped recess, a spherical cap, which has a circular recess on its lower side, can be attached so as to pivot, which spherical cap is provided with a pan-and-tilt head. |
