The invention relates to detection methods for the in vitro determination of the allergen corresponding with an allergy, which is carried out by first making the blood sample taken from an individual incoagulable, then allowing different layers to form, and using the supernatant, i.e. the serum layer with the white blood corpuscles, for the detection, which is characterised in that a small amount of the supernatant is mixed with a small amount of a solution of the test allergen to be tested, the vessel is closed, the sample is left to incubate for an adequate time and is subsequently centrifuged, about 0.1 ml is removed, and the release products of the cell are measured and compared with a control.
