According to the invention, the system consists of a U-shaped bracket which can be produced from, for example, wooden composite material, plastic, steel glass, concrete or metal and formed in circular, square or rectangular shape. The U-shaped brackets, of which in each case one is situated on both sides of the width of the step, are arranged so as to be displaceable in the vertical plane, in such a way that the height difference between the brackets determines the step height of the stair, and that the brackets are firmly connected to one another by means of two screw bolts, and that the upper, free ends of the brackets are provided with bored holes (bored hole) for fixing the steps themselves. In a modified embodiment, which is intended for use when joining together two brackets and adjusting the step height, one bracket is arranged with a recess, whereas the other bracket has a milled track, with the result that a threaded bolt with an adjustable nut is mounted in engagement with the recess of the abutting bracket. In another embodiment which is intended for joining together two brackets and regulating the step height, the brackets are arranged with sawtooth-shaped recesses made downwards over the brackets. To be able to determine the step height more easily during erection at building sites, a boring-measuring instrument is provided, which consists of an upwardly projecting arm or pin displaceably fixed to a scale and is provided with two holes for boring the upper holes of the brackets when joining the latter together. |
