PURPOSE:To increase pressure resistance and bending strength and decrease loss in production caused by crack and breakage by providing checker-board-shape exhaust paths that concave spaces and spherical concavities are passing through vertically and horizontally which are formed between adjacent spherical convexities arranged vertically and horizontally. CONSTITUTION:When a separator 1 is placed between a positive plate P and a negative plate N, exhaust path spaces which are easy to exhaust in vertical direction are maintained on the both facing surfaces by vertical exhaust concave paths 6,...6'.... Even if the separator is placed in an opposite direction, the same exhaust paths are held between the positive plate and negative plate, that is, its direction does not need to concider for use. When the separator 1 is used after turning 90 deg. in order to change a vertical direction to a horizontal direction, horizontal exhaust paths 6,...6'... is changed in a vertical direction and good exhaust is held. Therefore, disadvantage of conventional emboss type separator is eliminated. |
