PURPOSE:To perform bulging and pushing back of cake continuously and uniformly from the entire part in a circumferential direction by applying such circular motion that the center of the circular hole of a sliding plate draws circles of a specified diameter around the center of the circular hole of a stationary plate to the sliding plate. CONSTITUTION:When a sliding plate 10a (10b) moves circularly and the plate 10a (10b) and a circular hole 12 moves to positions 10a' (10b'), 12', a space 20 moves to 20' which is on the right side of a circular hole 11. At this time the cake contained in the space 20 is pushed back inward according to the movement of the plate 10a (10b); at the same time the cake is newly forced into the space 20' by the pressing force developed by a screw 3. Thus the cake compressed in the axial direction by the screw 3 is subjected simultaneously to repetition of bulging and pushing back in the circumferential direction. By such oscillating effect, the moisture in the deep part of the cake moves to the surface and the sepn. thereof is accelerated, whereby dehydration efficiency is improved. |
