发明名称 Process and apparatus for the production of spun-fibre yarns from or with fibre tows
摘要 A fibre tow (1) is drawn off from the can (2) and is fed via a feed device (3) to the spiked roller (4). There, the filaments of the tow are torn apart and opened to form individual fibres. In the fibre-guide channel (5), the opened and torn fibres are transported to the rotor (6) by an airstream and are deposited in the rotor groove there. The yarn is drawn off from the rotor groove by the draw-off nozzle (7) and at the same time acquires its twist. The finished yarn is wound onto the bobbin (8). Fibre tows made from different raw materials can be supplied simultaneously. Mixtures with fibre slivers can also be made. The fibre tows can be produced by high-speed spinning processes. There is therefore no need for separate drafting. Because a pretension is applied to the fibre tow before it is introduced into the actual feed device, the latter is relieved of stress. For the simultaneous processing of fibre tows and fibre slivers, these can be fed by separate feed devices and, if appropriate, opened and torn onto coaxially arranged opening and spiked rollers. <IMAGE>
