PURPOSE:To form a panel of different resin parts having different foaming rates, by charging resin raw liquids having different foaming rates into divisions formed on the bottom surface of a bottom force, closing the mold, and allowing the resin raw liquids to foam. CONSTITUTION:Ridges 4 are formed on the inner bottom surface 2a of the bottom force 2 so that the divisions are arranged in a desired pattern. An unfoamed resin raw liquid 6 having a low foaming rate is injected from nozzles 5 into the divisions surrounded by the ridges 4, while an unfoamed resin raw liquid 8 having a high foaming rate is injected from nozzles 7 into the remaining divisions, then the top force 1 and the bottom force 2 are closed, and the resin raw liquids 6, 8 are allowed to foam and to fill a cavity 3 with them. Then the lower part of the panel member (the reference numeral 6' indicates parts where foaming rate is low, whereas the reference numeral 8' indicates parts where foaming rate is high) is cut along the line a-a and is removed to obtain the desired panel of the foamed resin. |
