PURPOSE:To enable the alteration of station selection even during video recording without suspending the recording, by prohibiting an operation for altering the selected station while an operation period signal of a program timer is delivered, and by increasing the degree of freedom of modification to release the prohibition of the operation for latering the selected station during the set operation time of a subtraction timer, etc. when the subtraction timer is selected. CONSTITUTION:While the renewal of station selection is prohibited during video recording according to a program timer, one operation of an operation time selecting switch 14 puts a subtraction timer unit 2 in an operation mode, and thereby a switching circuit 25 is put in the broken state and a display unit 9 is subjected to blanking. When a set operation time turns to be 0:00, a short-time timer starts time-counting, the output thereof is inverted into a logic level ''H'', a station selecting unit 10 is connected to a station selecting key input unit 11, and thereby the alteration of a selected station is enabled. Meanwhile, a switching circuit is put in the made state, and thereby the set operation time for the subtraction timer unit 2 is displayed in the display unit 9, in place of a standard time of a digital clock unit 3. |
