PURPOSE:To contrive the miniaturization of laminated type coil parts and the simplicity of manufacture by a method wherein a ceramic layer and a half- turn coil conductive layer are alternately stacked. CONSTITUTION:A conductor layer 2 is printed on the green sheet 1 of a ceramic layer. This layer 2 is composed of a coil section 2a composing half-turn coil and a leader section 2b. Next, a ceramic layer 3 is coated and formed on the layer 2. This layer 3 is provided with a window 3a exposing the end section 2 of the layer 2, while a half-turn coil conductive layer 4 is printed. One end 4' of the layer 4 is connected to the end section 2' and one turn of the coil is formed by the layers 2, 4. Next, a ceramic layer 5 is formed to expose only the other end 4'' of the layer 4 and a conductive layer 6 is printed on the ceramic layer 5. One end 6' of the layer 6 is connected to the other end 4'' of the layer 4. Then, the similar process is repeated until the predetermined number of turns arrives. In this way, a coil having the predetermined number of turns is formed and both ends of the coil are led out by dividing into both ends by leader sections 2b, 7b. |
