PURPOSE:To produce a flattened article in good yield, by carrying out the blow molding of a parison of a melted resin that is extruded from two sheetlike slits. CONSTITUTION:The parison head main body 1 that is hollow and flat in shape is provided with particition walls 8, 8, and planar plungers 10, 10 are slidably attached respectively to melted resin accumulating chambers 15, 15 defined between the walls 8, 8 and the main body 1. With the plungers 10 lifted, a melted resin is injected from an inlet 11, and is stored in the accumulating chambers 15, 15 via vertical grooves 12, distributing grooves 13 and throttling gaps 14. Then the plungers 10, 10 are lowered, and by the pressure thereof the resin in the accumulating chambers 15, 15 is extruded via the passages 5 between mandrels 6 and nozzle 2 from respective outlet slits 5 into sheetlike parisons. Then the two sheetlike parisons are subjected to the blow molding with the opposite edges thereof pinched between the molds 17. |
