PURPOSE:To prevent the color from being blurred completely, by providing a detector which gives a profile pulse to each coefficient device after bringing it to the same polarity, and reducing the coefficient of each coefficient device at the leading and trailing of a luminance signal. CONSTITUTION:A color difference signal R-Y is applied to the 1st coefficient device FM1 via a low pass filter LPF1 and multiplied with a prescribed coefficient. Outputs of the 1st and 2nd coefficient devices FM1, FM2 are summed at an adder ADD1 and the output of the adder ADD1 is applied to the 2nd coefficient device FM2 via a delay circuit DL1. A luminance signal Y is applied to a profile pulse generator SPG to obtain a vertical profile pulse, which is applied to a detector DET and arranged into the same polarity, the result is given to the 2nd coefficient device FM2 and the coefficient is reduced. Further, a color difference signal B-Y can be treated also in the same way. |
