PURPOSE:To contrive to automate completely the assembling process of lead frame by a method wherein a magnetic substance is added to a part of the magazine to accommodate the semiconductor lead frames, and the necessary minimum informations for assembling are made to be stored therein. CONSTITUTION:The type name of IC's to be assembled from now and the necessary informations are coded and are written in the magnetic substance 3 having no stored contents of the empty magazine. The magnetic substance is discriminated automatically hereafter at the starting points of the respective processes, and the necessary arrangements are performed automatically. For example, the type name is discriminated, and the necessary frame is inserted automatically. The magazine thereof is used up to the final process, and the contents are erased when fell into disuse to be reused. By this constitution, complete automation of the assembling process can be attained. |
