PURPOSE:To eliminate the distortion in an output signal due to the nonlinearity of the transmission characteristics, by connecting semiconductor switches of the same characteristics in series and taking the difference between an output from a connecting point and an output dividing the output of the semiconductor at the post-stage into 1/2. CONSTITUTION:Input termnals 1, 2 are connected to a terminal 6 via semiconductor switches 3, 4 respectively. One end of a semiconductor switch 5 having the same characteristic as that of the switches 3, 4 is connected to the terminal 6, and the other end of the switch 5 is grounded via a series circuit comprising resistors 7, 8. A connecting point of the resistors 7, 8 and the terminal 6 are connected to a differential input terminal of a differential amplifier 9. When the switch 3 is closed and an input signal e1 is applied, a signal summing the distortion for one switch's share to a half the signal e1 is produced at the point 11 and a signal summing the distortion of a switch to the signal e1 is generated at the terminal 6, then the distorted component can be eliminated by taking subtraction of both the signals. |
