PURPOSE:To flow no current between the draining covers of adjoining bushing pockets by a method wherein the gap between a soundproof building and bushing pockets is covered with two draining covers interposing insulators between respective mounting parts. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of bushing pockets 2 collectively penetrate a soundproof building 4. The gap between these pockets 2 and the through hole section of the building 4 is covered with a draining cover 12. A draining cover 13 is provided on the upper part of the cover 12. The draining cover 13 covers the gap between the pockets 2 and the through hole of the cover 13. In this case, the cover 12 is installed at the edge of the through hole section of the building 4 through a cushioning material 14. Meanwhile, the cover 13 is installed through a cushioning material 8 which is an insulator provided in a seat 15 to the cover 12 and is fixed to the pockets 2. In this way, the insulator 8 is interposed between the covers 13, 13, and no current flows between respective pockets 2. Therefore, the space between adjoining pockets 2 is electrically open, and no local heating is generated. |
