PURPOSE:To stabilize printing operation as well as obtain printings of high definition at high printing speeds by providing a heat-meltable ink layer on the other surface of a dielectric sheet having uneven surface. CONSTITUTION:In an ink medium, an ink layer 12 is provided on the back of a dielectric sheet 11 having an uneven surface. As the material of the dielectric sheet 11, a film of polyester, polycarbonate, polyimide, etc., is used, and the uneven surface of the dielectric sheet 11 is formed by abrasion using sand blasting, etc., knurling tool, etc. The ink layer is composed of a layer having a small surface electric resistance and containing a colorant, e.g., of a dispersion containing a heat-meltable resin, a low-resistant pigment or/and a coloring aid dye. |
