The compound N-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)acetamidine
<Chemistry id="chema01" num="0001"><Image id="ia01" he="42" wi="34" file="IMGA0001.TIF" imgContent="chem" imgFormat="TIFF" inline="no" /></Chemistry>and its addition salts with pharmaceutically compatible inorganic and organic acids, exhibit a fast, strong vasodilator and antihypertensive action, which is of prolonged duration.
