摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce the variation of the frequency due to oscillation, by providing a buffer material in a cover part provided above a resonance line. CONSTITUTION:A resonance line 5 is provided on a dielectric substrate 4 to constitute an oscillator. Cover plates 7 and 8 interposing a buffer material 9 are provided above the resonance line 5. Even if oscillation is applied to the oscillator to bend the cover plate 7, the cover plate 8 is less bent to reduce the disturbance of the electromagnetic field because oscillation is not transmitted directly to the cover plate 8. The oscillation-proof property in a mobile radio equipment is improved.
