PURPOSE:To prevent the rolling of a linear pulse motor without producing noise and to reduce the weight of a movable element by providing a teeth or magnet for preventing the rolling of a stator or a movable element. CONSTITUTION:Teeth 1b are formed on a stator 1, and a teeth 2b of similar shape are formed on the surface opposite to the movable element 2. The part perpendicular to the advancing direction of the teeth 1a, 2b is formed with teeth for moving, and the teeth for preventing the rolling is formed at the part formed obliquely symmetrically at both sides of the part. The movable element 2 is sequentially moved to the position where the opposing area with the teeth 1b of the stator 1 opposed to the teeth 2b of the element 2 energized by the exciting coil becomes maximum. |
