PURPOSE:To prevent overlapped feed in case of feeding paper one by one to a copying part, by adjusting the difference between an in-layer statical friction coefficient and an interlayer statical friction coefficient of piled copying forms, to <=0.03 by providing a lubricant to this copying form. CONSTITUTION:In order to prevent the generation of overlapped feed of copying paper, it is enough to only monitor the difference DELTAf between in-layer statical friction force and interlayer statical friction force under a load equivalent to a paper feed roller load, or the difference DELTAmu of these coefficients, and when DELTAf or DELTAmu is equal to a constant threshold value, or DELTAf or DELTAmu is larger than this threshold value, danger of overlapped feed is large, and on the contrary, when DELTAf or DELTAmu is smaller than said value, there is no danger of overlapped feed. That is to say, in case of a range of DELTAf<15 or DELTAmu<0.03, no overlapped feed is generated. Also, it is better to use wax, etc. of some kind in the form manufacturing proces, and for instance, in addition to each wax such as mineral wax, animal wax, vegetable wax and synthetic wax, paraffin wax, microcrystalline wax, carnauba wax, etc. are available. |
