PURPOSE:To speed up to detect a lowering of laser output and an optical axis change and to stabilize the measuring reliability by providing a measuring window in which a measuring instrument to measure laser light is put to each laser light path pipe in rear of a mirror. CONSTITUTION:Output of the laser light emitted from a laser torch 31 is periodically measured by a power monitor 74. When the lowering of the laser output is acknowledged, a cover 71 is opened and the power monitor 74 is inserted from the measuring window 70 to read out the laser output by a level meter 74b. This operation is performed with respect to each measuring window 70 to find out a place where the lowering of the output in front and in rear of the mirror 43 is increased. The output change can be surely grasped by this method. |
