PURPOSE:To prevent cracks of an insulation layer due to bending stress and to enable the employment thereof in a large strain, by forming the surface of the insulation layer of a continuous sheet-shaped insulating substance having no seams. CONSTITUTION:An insulation layer 5a is formed of a tape insulation layer 6a formed by winding a tape-shaped insulating substance 6 on a coil conductor 4, and of a sheet insulation layer 8a formed by winding a continuous sheet-shaped insulating substance 8 so that it covers the outer periphery of the tape insulation layer 6a and that no seams are formed on the surface thereof. Since the sheet insulation layer 8a is employed as a covering of the tape insulation layer 6a and wound thereon in few times, resin 7 permeates freely among them, and thus the tape insulation layer 6a is impregnated excellently with the resin 7. In addition, the surface of the insulation layer 5a is prevented from being cracked, because no lap is formed thereon. |
