PURPOSE:To form an analog-digital converting circuit where a high-precision and high-speed operation is possible, by using an integrator for obtaining a prescribed integral slope and two comparators. CONSTITUTION:An output INTOUT of an integrator 14 for obtaining a prescribed integration slope is raised from a potential lower than the earth potential by switching operations of switches SW1-SW3, and the count operation is performed by a binary counter 20 during the time from the detection of the earth potential in the first comparator 15 to the detection of an analog input signal AIN in a comparator 16, and a digital signal output DOUT is obtained. Thus, an analog-digital converting circuit is obtained which is easy to mass- produce and has the cost reduced without requiring special techniques such as trimming and can be operated with a high precision in a high speed. |
