PURPOSE:To prevent a printed board from displacing and bending by forming a through hole at the printed board of doughnut shape molded integrally with a stator core of doughnut shape. CONSTITUTION:A stator core 1 of doughnut shape is superposed on a printed board 2 of doughnut shape mounted with the prescribed parts, is wired with the board as prescribed, they are contained in molding dies 4, 5, and are fixed by a core metal 6. Many through holes 3 are arranged at the board 2. Resin is filled from a gate 7 which is disposed radially outside the board 2, and the core 1 is molded integrally with the board 2. In this manner, even if pressure difference occurs in the injection of the resin between the upper and lower surfaces of the board 2, the pressure difference can be alleviated via the holes 3, thereby preventing the board 2 from bending and displacing. |
