PURPOSE:To keep the temperature of processing liquid equal to the room temperature, by providing at least one processing liquid air-cooler in a processing liquid circulation passage. CONSTITUTION:After water lifted by a feed water pump is filtered by a filter 12, the temperature of the water is equalized to the room temperature by an air- cooler 21. Oil in an oil tank 6 is also lifted by a pump 11 and then filtered by a filter 15 and the temperature of the oil is thereafter equalized to the room temperature by an air-cooler 22 and supplied to a spark-eroded part. The temperature of the processing liquid is thus kept equal to the room temperature to avoid changing the temperature of the workpiece. Therefore, accurate processing is enabled. |
