PURPOSE:In a processing liquid controller for a wire-cutting spark erosion equipment, to drain some of processing liquid stored in a processing vessel, on the basis of a detection output, by providing a UV spindle slider with a detector to find out the level of the processing liquid. CONSTITUTION:A float switch 58 mounted near a UV spindle slider 50 detects the level of processing liquid before it overflows through the overflow hole 38 of a liquid level control plate 36. A sequence circuit is put in operation on the basis of the detection output of the float switch 58 to open a draining solenoid valve 62. As a result, some of the processing liquid in a processing vessel 10 is drained to a liquid tank 18 so that the rise in the level of the liquid in the vessel 10 is surely stopped. |
