摘要 PURPOSE:To measure all wavelength lights in a prescribed wavelength range to be measured, by arranging arrays of light receiving faces of a self-scanning photodiode array in upper and lower stages near each other so that blind sectors of upper and lower stages are interpolated with each other. CONSTITUTION:Shift registers 2a and 2b, to which clock input terminals 4a1- 4a3 and 4b1-4b3 are connected and MOS switches 3a and 3b to which signal output terminals 5a and 5b are connected are formed on a base material 1. Signal outputs from light receiving faces 6a1-6an and 6b1-6bn are obtained by scanning switches 3 successively with registers 2. The width of each light receiving face 6a has about 80mu length and about 1mm. length, and the width of a blind sector between light receiving faces is about 40mu. The interval between arrays of light receiving faces 6 in upper and lower stages is about 40mu also. The array of light receiving faces 6b is placed under respective blind sectors of the array of light receiving faces 6a, and a spectrophotometer which generates a spectrum having >=3mm. height is used, and thus, all wavelength lights are detected easily.
