PURPOSE:To always obtain the best burnig condition in a pulsation burner by enabling to change the combustion rate, while the gas/air ratio is kept at the same value, by slidably contacting a control plate, having gas rate controlling and air rate controlling ports, rotatably with the base plate of a burner. CONSTITUTION:In the normal condition, the gas rate controlling ports 21 are communicated with gas intake ports 6, facing opposed to correctly each other, while the air rate controlling ports 22 are communicated with air intake ports 7, facing opposed correctly to each other, as well. An ignition plug 13 is ignited when the gas and the combustion air are fed into a combustion chamber 4, passing through the above-mentioned ports. A control plate 15 is turned by a knob 25, in order to decrease the combustion rate. That is, the gas intake ports 6 and the air intake ports 7 can be closed partially at the same rate, even if the control plate 15 is slightly turned. Accordingly, the gas/air ratio is not changed, but combustion takes place in such a state that each quantity of gas and air to be fed into the combustion chamber 4 is respectively decreased. In such a manner, the best burning condition can be continued in the titled burner, even though the combustion rate is controlled. |
