PURPOSE:To enable a natural circulation at a time of good heat collecting condition and a heat pump operation at a time of bad heat collecting condition by a method wherein bypass pipes are provided respectively at a compressor and an expansion valve of a coolant circuit which comprises a heat collector, a coolant water heat exchanger, the compressor and expansion valve. CONSTITUTION:The coolant circuit is constituted by a heat collector 1, an accumulator 5, a compressor 3, a coolant water heat exchanger 2 and an expansion valve 4. A bypass pipe 6 with an electromagnetic valve 7 is provided in parallel to the compressor 3, whereas the bypass pipe 9 with a check valve 9 is provided in parallel to the expansion valve 4. Further, another electromagnetic valve 10 is provided on the intake side of the compressor 3, whereas another check valve 11 is provided on the discharge side thereof. A heating circuit is constituted by the coolant water heat exchanger 2, a hot water tank 12 and a pump 13. At the time of good heat collecting condition, the natural circulation is performed through the heat collector 1, bypass pipe 8, coolant water heat exchanger 2 and bypass pipe 6 in this order. To the contrary, at the time of bad heat collecting condition, the heat pump operation is performed through the heat collector 1, accumulator 5, compressor 3, coolant water heat exchanger 2 and expansion valve 4 in this order. |
