PURPOSE:To facilitate the application of the device by a method wherein a plurality of heat exchangers are connected in series in a heat collecting circuit and a heat medium flow passage to bypass a solar heat collecting part is provided. CONSTITUTION:At a time of heat collection, a heat transfer three-way valve 15 forms a heat collecting circuit 6 in which a heat medium flows through a heat collector 1, and each pump accumulates the solar heat by the operation of the heat exchangers in a heat accumulating tank 8 for room heating or a hot water tank 12 for hot water supply. On the other hand, when the heat collector 1 is not collecting heat, the heat transfer three-way valve 15 forms a heat transfer circuit in which the heat medium bypasses the heat collector 1. In this instance, if a room heating load is zero and a difference is found between the heat accumulating tank 8 and hot water tank 12, the heat collecting pump 3, heat exchanger pump 7 for room heating and heat exchanger pump 11 for hot water supply are driven to transfer the heat through the heat exchanger 4 for room heating and heat exchanger 5 for hot water supply. As the heat transfer between the heat loads is very easy, a simplification of the equipment and a reduction of installation space can be realized. |
