PURPOSE:To decrease the processing time and at the same time to restrict necessary discharging drive to an unmanned repaying deice to minimum, by inserting and processing plural ballot tickets consecutively or en bloc and therefore reducing the calculating and discharging frequencies of the refund. CONSTITUTION:The ballot tickets 40 are inserted into a slit 11 consecutively or en bloc, and the tickets 40 are carried into an unmanned repaying device by the rollers 241. The tickets 40 are fed one by one to a reading sensor 244 after opening a stopper 242. The sensor 244 reads the information written on the ticket 40, and the ticket 40 is fed by the rollers 251 to the place under a punch 252 to be made waiting temporarily at a stopper 253. Under such conditions, an answer is received from a center to the information read by the sensor 244, and whether the ticket 40 is winning or not is confirmed. If the ticket is winning, the winning as well as the items written on the ticket, etc. are displayed at a display part. At the same time, the winning ticket is punched with a puncher 252 and then carried to a stopper 255. Then the stopper 242 is opened to give the same process to the next ticket 40. The refund is payed with the operation of a repay button on a control surface, and the ticket 40 is returned. |
