PURPOSE:To attain the formed product suitable for the vibration plate used in a speaker or so with a simple equipment and much reduction in thermal energy by a method wherein a synthetic resin film is formed into a predetermined shape through vacuum forming or the like using a forming die made of a metal thin plate. CONSTITUTION:A thin film of synthetic resin is formed into a predetermined shape through vacuum or compressed-air forming using a forming die made of a thin metal plate. When forming the vibration plate for a speaker, for example, a cone-shaped forming die 1 is made of a brass plate with thickness 1mm. through manual spinning and a thin film of polypropylene or so is vacuum-formed to attain a cone-shaped vibration plate. The forming die 1 can be made using a punched metal plate 3 formed with a number of perforations 2 regularly arranged. A vibration plate 4 manufactured with the forming die 1 made by using the punched metal plate includes a number of semispherical projections 5, resulting in a formed product which has the dull surface with satin finishing. |
