PURPOSE:To prepare an external inorganic building plate free from dissipation and frothing in the slurry, uniform in dispersion and performance, poor in water- absorbing properties by adding repellent adsorbed ettringite dehydrate or ettringite dehydrate coated with repellent into slurry. CONSTITUTION:To take an example, one that adsorbs a repellent (such as stearic acid aluminum) to ettringite dehydrate is mixed with a matrix where fiber reinforced material and if necessary an additive are added to hydraulic inorganic binder (preferably, a Portland blast furnace cement group, etc.). Moist heat curing is conducted thereto to obtain the desired building plate material. |
