PURPOSE:To fully replace air contained in a basic material by varnish and to eliminate a need of high-pressure forming by a method wherein after impregnating varnish into the base material for laminated plate and then drying the same, high energy is irradiated for a short time to severely lower resin viscosity in the B stage. CONSTITUTION:Varnish obtained by adding phenol resin, epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester resin or so to a solvent such as acetone is impregnated into a base material for laminated plate made of (non-woven) fabric or so such as glass fibers or polyester fibers and then dried. Subsequently, high energy (preferably electron beam) is irradiated thereon for a short time, for example 3 seconds, to severely lower resin extreme viscosity in the B stage but within a range where the varnish does not start to harden. With this, it becomes possible to attain prepreg wherein air contained in the basic material is fully replaced by varnish. EFFECT:Laminated plate free of warp and twist can be attained.
|
