PURPOSE:To lock stably a servo system within an extremely narrow range, by detecting in the digital quantity the shift quantity produced centering on the target set position after the positioning is over and then driving a servo motor with the analog quantity proportional to the detected analog quantity. CONSTITUTION:The speed setting signal delivered from a speed setter 10 which received the signal 9 of the positioning shift quantity is applied to a phase generator 11 and actuates a motor driver 12 to drive a servo motor 13. An encoder 14 of incremental system which is connected directly to a motor 13 produces the number of pulses proportional to the positioning distance. The delivered pulses are counted by a counter 15, and the stop signals 16 and 17 are produced when the count value of the counter 15 reaches the prescribed positioning shift quantity. A counter 18 counts the number of pulses generated from the encoder 14 after receiving the signal 17. A D/A converter 19 produces the analog voltage proportional the number of the counted pulses, and the motor 13 has the servo locking by the analog voltage at the positioning target position or has the servo locking after the position is corrected. |
