<p>PURPOSE:To enhance impregnation property of varnish and to improve both formability and size stability of laminated plate by a method wherein a base material for laminated plate is passed through plural dip rolls arranged in the zig-zag form while being immersed in varnish so as to replace air by varnish. CONSTITUTION:A base material 1 for laminated plate combined with (non- woven) fabric or matt made of glass, acryl or so is adjusted in its tension based on the surface material and the number of revolutions of a braking roll 2. Then, the base material 1 is immersed in varnish such as phenol resin within a varnish tank 3. In this immersed state, the base material is passed through plural dip rolls 4, 4', 4'', 4''' and 4'''' arranged in the zig-zag form to replace air in the base material by varnish, thereby to fully impregnate the varnish into the base material. An amount of attached varnish is adjusted by squeeze rolls 5, 5'.</p> |
