METHOD OF CONTROLLING BLAST AMOUNT OF BLOWER

PURPOSE:To prevent a blower from variation of air flow in tripping by throttling the opening of a inlet vane with preset speed when the blower is changed over from the rotational speed control to the inlet vane control. CONSTITUTION:When rotational speed control is changed over to inlet vane control, the change-over instruction is sent to a commercial power supply 11. Blast control by the rotational speed of a pressure blower 3 is stopped and changed over to inlet vane control. The rotational speed of said pressure blower 3 is raised to be the rated rotational speed, and in parallel to that, the signal of a flow detector 5 provided in a Venturi tube 4 of a air duct 1 is calculated by a vane regulator 7 to control the opening of inlet vane 2 through a vane operator 6 for maintaining air amount constant so that air amount in tripping of the blower is prevented from variation.
