PURPOSE:To improve the abrasion resistance, lubrication performance and scuffing performance, by injecting a chilled casting powder on the inner circumferential face of a casting cylinder and forming a hard coating having micro void while forming a lubrication film through phosphate processing. CONSTITUTION:When manufacturing a casting cylinder 2, horning and shotbrasting are applied on the inner circumferential face of a liner formed into predetermined shape, then a hardened layer 3 is plasma flame coated onto the inner circumferential face while employing a chilled castiron (white castiron) of approximately 200 mesh powder as a flame coating material. Thereafter the inner circumferential face of the liner is flame coated again and phosphate processing is performed to form a coating 4 then the surface of said film 4 is smooth finished to the line 5 through cork horning. Since the coating 4 is filled to the interior of the voide in the hardened layer 3, the coating 4 is dotted to improve the lubrication performance, scuffing resistance, etc. |
