<p>The coupling (1) has a horizontal pseudo-cylindrical body (2) fixed to an overhead electric cable (6) and a vertical shore (7) with a slot (9) whose axis (YY) is inclined w.r.t. the axis of the body (XX). The terminal (10) has a pseudo-cylindrical part one end of which is free (14), the other end being a contact plate (12) fitted with a screw head. The threaded rod (17) of the screw cooperates with the slot of the coupling contact plate (12). The terminal has a mechanism (18) for clamping against rotation w.r.t. the coupling contact. The mechanism consists of a guiding bar (23) with a wing (25) placed on the internal face (21) of the terminal contact which cooperates with the internal face of the coupling contact. A locking mechanism (19) acts in a direction parallel to the axis of the slot and in an opposite sense to that of the introduction of the screw into the slot. The locking mechanism is comprised of spring made of a flexible metallic sheet one end of which is fixed to the wing of the guide bar, the other end being an inclined return directed towards the internal face of the terminal broach.</p> |
