PURPOSE:To enable to rotate a rotor of a supersonic motor in any direction by contacting main and sub vibrating pieces with the surface of the rotor and vibrating any one of the pieces. CONSTITUTION:A Langevin type vibrator 16 which is composed by interposing a PZT vibrator 15 between a block 13 and a horn 14 is fixed onto the outer periphery of a Langevin type vibrator 2, to which a vibrating piece 6 is soldered. A plurality of sub vibrating plates 17 are soldered by inclining the surface 7a of a rotor 7 at the prescribed angle in the opposite direction to the piece 6 with the normal of the surface 7a as a reference at the end face of the horn 14. The rotor 7 is fed in one or the opposite direction by operating the vibrator 6 or 16. |
