PURPOSE:To prevent a mirror from warping by a method wherein the mirror of gas laser oscillator is fixed to supporting points more than two. CONSTITUTION:In the output junction mirror of gas laser oscillator or the supporting mechanism of full reflection mirror, a mirror 10 is inserted through a plastic product provided with convexes 15a more than two or a metallic spacer 15 so that entire peripheral surface of mirror side may not come into contact with the concave of mirror holder 9 to be fixed by a mirror stay 11' through three wave corrugated washer for mirror stay. The spacer 15 may be integrated into the recess of mirror holder 9 or the recess 15a only may be formed separately to be fixed to the spacer 15 by means of screw or adhesion or the like. The warping of mirror may be reduced improving stability and high reliability by means of point supporting either both surface or single surface of the mirror 10. |
