MEMBER HAVING EXCELLENT HIGH TEMPERATURE CORROSION RESISTANCE

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a member having excellent high temp. corrosion resistance by joining alloy foil contg. a specific content of Aland consisting of >=1 kind of Ni and Co by diffusion to the surface of a heat resisting alloy. CONSTITUTION:The alloy foil contg. >=1 kind among 5-25wt% Al, <=30wt% Cr and <=10wt% Y and consisting of >=1 kind of Ni and Co is joined by diffusion onto the surface of a heat resisting alloy, whereby a member having excellent high temp. corrosion resistance is obtained. The alloy foil is the foil produced by a quick cooling method for molten metal or the foil produced by sintering the Co alloy powder produced by an atomizing method using an inert gas and molding the sintered powder by plastic working.
