PURPOSE:To reduce hydraulic pressure loss, by installing a bulk head arragned perpendicularly to the direction of flow and a stream line shaped cover surrounding the bulk head, and by forming communication holes in the cover, thereby the front end part of the valve hydraulic wheel is formed in a stream line shape, economically on strength. CONSTITUTION:A main body 1 has the structure which is blocked with a bulk head 11 arranged perpendicularly to the direction of flow and having pressure resistant and water tight properties. A stream line shaped top cover 12 is secured to the main body 1 so that bulk head 11 is surrounded thereby. The surface of the top cover 12 is formed with balancing holes 13 for balancing between the internal and external pressures of the top cover 12. |
