PURPOSE:To improve vibration-resistant property by sealing a semiconductor element and a connecting means connecting the electrode of the semiconductor element and an external draw-out lead by resin. CONSTITUTION:The external draw-out lead 31 is fitted to a stem 2 while the external draw-out leads 32, 33 penetrate the stem 2 and are set up in insulated form from the stem. The electrodes of the semiconductor elemenet 1 are connected to the noses of the external draw-out leads 32, 33 penetrating the stem 2 by thin wires 4 in gold or aluminum. The surface to which the semiconductor element 1 is of the stem 2 is attached is sealed by a cover 5 in a metal welded to the stem while the cover 5 in the metal is filled with resin 6. |
