PURPOSE:To make it possible to meter and discharge a fluid of high viscosity and as well enable a fluid of low viscosity to be automatically sucked and discharged, by compelling a control valve disposed in a metering chamber to be opened and closed. CONSTITUTION:Upon metering and discharging a fluid of high viscosity, a piston 10 retracts and therefore a plunger 12 disposed in a mtering chamber 8 also retracts when air pressure is fed into a cylinder chamber 26, so that the filling volume of the metering chamber 8 becomes maximum. Further, an intake control valve 18 is also opened by the air pressure in the cylinder chamber 26. In this stage, the metering chamber 8 having the maximum filling volume is filled. When passage communication is changed by a solenoid selector valve 36 for transmitting air pressure to a cylinder chamber 26a, a discharge control valve 20 is also opened by the air pressure in the cylinder chamber 26a, and at the same time, the piston 10 and the plunger 12 integral therewith extend, thereby the fluid in the metering chamber 8 is metered and discharged into a discharge passage 16. |
