发明名称 PRODUCTION OF THIN STRIP OF FE-SI HIGHLY MAGNETICALLY PERMEABLE ALLOY
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain alloy characteristics of low coercive force, high magnetic permeability and saturation flux density and excellent soft magnetic characteristics by heating a thin strip obtd. by adding Mn and/or Cr to Fe-Si type alloys and Fe-Si-Co type alloys then quenching and rolling the same together with alloy plate materials contg. Fe in H2. CONSTITUTION:The alloys wherein 0.1-10wt% Mn and/or Cr is added to the alloys compounded with Fe-Si alloys of 3-8wt% Si and Fe-Si-Co alloys of 5- 15wt% Si and 5-20wt% Co are manufactured. The alloys are quenched and rolled by a so-called liquid quenching method (roll method), whereby a thin strip of 5-10mm. width and 50-100mum thickness is produced. After the strip 1 is sandwiched between stainless steel plates 3 and 3 lined internally with porous alumina plates 2, the same is treated under heating at 1,000-1,300 deg.C in gaseous H2. By such heat treatment, (100) facets are integrated nondirectionally at a high degree in the rolled surface of the strip 1 and the intended thin strip of the Fe-Si highly magnetically permeable alloy is obtained.
